MUVIS software is an easy-to-use tool to help you capture high-quality drop images in UV and visible light. The software's simple interface allows you to view images side-by-side or superimposed, adjust camera settings (i.e. exposure time, gain, and resolution), and even measure crystals. An overlay function matches UV hotspots to visible features allowing you to quickly identify which crystals are proteins.
